The company responsible for a buy out of one of Kingmoor Park’s oldest tenants has just confirmed a renewed commitment to the site by signing a 3 year extension to their current lease for over 3,000sqft on Kingmoor Park North. Morris & Spottiswood Ltd bought out Carlisle based LLED Construction from founding owner and former bricklayer Dee Addison in August 2016.

LLED Construction provided reactive and planned maintenance services covering all core trades, including joinery, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, gas servicing, building, flooring, roofing and decoration works. Dee Addison continues his role as the principal of LLED, which has been absorbed into Morris & Spottiswood’s maintenance division.

Ross Nicolson, Chief Executive of Kingmoor Park, said:

“We are delighted to retain the company and its 27 staff on Kingmoor Park. LLED Construction have been with us since January 2008 and it’s a pleasure to see the company grow and develop to the extent that a buyout was on the cards. This is largely due to the hard work and foresight of Dee and his team. I look forward to looking after their future needs here at Kingmoor Park which has provided them with the ideal base for the last 16 years”.
