About Us

Kingmoor Park is located adjacent to J44 of the M6 in Carlisle and is one of the largest industrial estates in the north-west and the only Enterprise Zone in Cumbria. The 400-acre site has over 2 million sqft of industrial, office and warehouse space ranging from 500 sqft to 105,000 sqft, and 175 acres of development land.

The industrial estate is home to more than 150 businesses employing some 2,500 people including DPD, UPS, Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Capita, Story Homes, and Thomas Graham.

Kingmoor Park is owned and managed by Kingmoor Park Properties Ltd., a company dedicated to the ongoing development of the estate, its land, buildings, and tenants in Carlisle.

History

Since the site was bought in 1999, Kingmoor Park Properties Ltd. has invested millions of pounds into transforming the site into a vibrant, economic hub of activity and opportunity. In 2016 Kingmoor Park acquired Enterprise Zone status adding a new impetus to maximising the opportunities in the area and making Kingmoor Park a great place to do business.
