Running along the north western boundary of Warehouses 1 and 2 is a further steel portal frame unit, Warehouse 3 with a mono pitched roof which interconnects to Warehouse 2 via a sliding steel door. The eaves height falls from 7.3m down to 5.4m. External access to the unit is via a single up and over sectional door which is 5m high and 5m wide.

Externally there are tarmac surfaced external parking and circulation areas , together with a vehicle wash down area located adjacent to the south west elevation of Warehouse 2.
