Kingmoor Park currently has over 100 tenants occupying approximately 1.5 million sqft of new and refurbished buildings.Kingmoor Park's central UK location and the site's close proximity to Junction 44 of the M6 has resulted in a large number of national companies choosing the site as their regional base including Capita, The Edinburgh Woollen Mill, John Lewis and Eddie Stobart Ltd.
Other companies include Vodafone, Kingmoor Technical Services and City Link.
DPD, part of the GeoPost empire, Europe’s second largest parcel company, opened a new depot on Kingmoor Park in 2009 to handle business-to-business deliveries. In preparation, Kingmoor Park spent £500,000 dividing a 42,000sq ft unit into two, extending yard areas and installing new loading doors as well as gas, water and electrical supplies.
