Brian Scowcroft, together with Andrew Tinkler, Chief Executive of the Eddie Stobart Group, sponsor two Academies in Carlisle; Richard Rose Central and Richard Rose Morton Academies. Both are brand new buildings with a combined build value of over £55m.
