The Site

The majority of the land is managed by Kingmoor Park Properties Limited.

The site is located to the south of Leigh Town Centre, adjoining the Bridgewater Canal and accessed off St Helens Road via West Bridgewater Street. Residential areas lie to the south along Buck Street and Rugby Road and also to the east along Henry Street. The site extends to approximately 10 hectares (almost 25 acres) and includes some 38,000 sq.m of low grade industrial and warehouse accommodation.

Other important uses within the overall area include the Christ Church C of E Primary School, retail and a mix of commercial and residential properties.
