Geoff is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. He spent 9 years with Arthur Andersen before joining a leading North West based accountancy practice as a Partner and was instrumental in driving the growth of the practice to a AIM flotation in 2004. In 2006 he established his own consultancy practise advising business owners on a variety of financial and management issues.
Neil joined Kingmoor Park in 2015 having spent the previous 10 years working for a national logistics and training organisation, specialising in commercial accounting, contract delivery costing and project management. As Finance Director Neil is responsible for the financial management and compliance of Kingmoor Park as well as the other companies and projects within the group as well as supporting Ross with the management of the site and it’s operations.
Tony is a Chartered Surveyor with 45 years experience in the commercial development and investment market. Since 1983 Tony has been responsible for the development of new offices, town centre retailing and large scale warehousing and industrial properties. He is the former Chief Executive of Kingmoor Park and former Head of Commercial Development for the Scowcroft family's portfolio of property including Kingmoor Park Wrexham and Bridgewater Business Park in Leigh.
Gordon is responsible for day to day site maintenance and the management and supervision of Kingmoor Park’s 24 hour security team.
Kathryn works within the accounts department supporting Neil, Finance Director, with the accounts functions of Kingmoor Park and the other group companies.
Lauren is our office administrator, responsible for general admin duties supporting Ross, Neil, Gordon and Kathryn.
Simon is responsible for ensuring the operation and maintenance of the office IT services and is responsible for all IT procurement.
