Brian Scowcroft

Chairman

Brian Scowcroft is the Owner and Chairman of Kingmoor Park Properties Ltd, the management company behind Kingmoor Park Enterprise Zone. Brian graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in economics and went on to become a Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Brian, who lives in the Lake District, purchased Kingmoor Park in March 1999 and has watched the site grow in to the economic hub of activity that it is today. He has over 25 years experience working in commercial property and is passionate about providing a sustainable future for Kingmoor Park.

Brian is a board member and plays an active role in the leadership team. He is also the President of local charity, Carlisle Youth Zone.

The sense of achievement I feel when I think how far we have come over the years. I am very proud of the business park and the team who work to make it a great place to do business.
