The business set up their new headquarters on Kingmoor Park Central, a move which provided the facilities they needed to establish a brand-new state-of-the art manufacturing operation. The 30,000sqft single level facility enabled the business to meet customer demand in designing and manufacturing an increasingly technical and sophisticated range of specialist doors.

Relocating to Kingmoor Park also provided Clark Door with the space they needed for their growing workforce, and 2007 saw them add additional office space to the building.

Clark Door are a UK based manufacturer and industry leading innovator in the design, manufacture, installation, and service of high-performance specialist door solutions. With a large engineering design capability, the company is continually using its expertise to develop new innovative solutions to meet customer requirements for a wide range of doors such as; acoustic doors, fire resistant doors, temperature-controlled doors, and industrial doors.

The business boasts its own in-house research and development team working on providing technically excellent competitive door product which they export worldwide to over 45 countries.

Clark Door are proud to work with some of the world’s leading companies, architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver innovative custom designed doors for award winning worldwide projects. They have worked with some prestigious clients such as the BBC, Royal Opera House, Sky, Tate Modern, Brakes, Aldi, and Pinewood Studios, all from their base on Kingmoor Park.

The company’s success continued in 2019, a year that saw them develop a new high-level extension to the factory, enabling them to continue to meet the needs of their rapidly growing export market, and providing the company with over 10,000 additional square feet of floor space for its 80 staff to enjoy.
